Kamilah Bush was featured on The Artist's Way episode of The DeeTales podcast. Kamilah is a recent graduate of UNCG where she earned a BFA in Theatre Education. She grew up in Gastonia, NC and there she fostered her love for theatre. She is a playwright and a director and her play Mass was featured in UNCG’s 2014 Fall Briefs. She has self-produced two successful productions: Lived In: A Night of Apartment Theatre and What. A KCACTF award winning playwright, her most current work “Concession” will be featured in next month’s Ruby Slipper Fringe Festival in Winston-Salem.
